Marquinhos' brother gives clues about the defender's future...

Marquinhos’ brother, Luan Aoas, has left the door open in regards to where the Paris Saint-Germain defender will be at the end of the current season.

The centre-back is worried about his future at the French club because he doesn’t play as often as he would like - or at least where he would like - due to the presence of fellow Brazilians David Luiz and Thiago Silva.

If he does play when both are fit, it’s invariably at right-back, just to fit him into the side - he is 21 now and has played 25 games this season.

Barcelona, as well as Chelsea, are one of the clubs to have shown most interest in signing him in the summer.

Luan Aoas, admitted there has been contract and meetings with clubs hoping to sign him, as is the case with Barça.

In quotes to Canal+ he said that “there are a lot of clubs interested in Marquinhos, they have already spoken with me.”

He added that “it will be at the end of the season when we meet - me and my dad - with PSG and Marquinhos’ agent [Giuliano Bertolucci] to make a decision.”

The player's brother indicated that “we will see what happens, but I hope he stays at PSG.”

SPORT revealed a few weeks ago that PSG’s owners have no intention of selling Marquinhos because they value his potential and the great future he could have in the game.
