According to El Chiringuito, Brazilian striker Neymar has a clause in his PSG contract to let him leave the club. PSG paid his clause of 222m euros last summer to sign him from Barcelona.
In France release clauses are not obligatory like they are in Spain. That means it can be hard to sign players, as Barcelona found when trying to get Verratti from PSG last summer, or Coutinho from Liverpool.
Recently Neymar has been unhappy at PSG according to various reports and is not impressed with coach Unai Emery either. El Chiringuito say Neymar has a clause in his contract to allow him to leave PSG for the same quantity he signed for - 222 million euros.
