Zinedine Zidane not worried about defensive errors

Zinedine Zidane says he's not worried about the team's defence ahead of Madrid's trip to Italy to face Roma in the Champions League.

They made some mistakes in the 4-2 win over Athletic Club on Saturday, and have both Pepe and Marcelo out injured.

But Zidane said: "You'll always have some mistakes, I'm not worried. We're ready for the game against Roma. We're in good shape physically and with our play, and I'm very happy with our performance against a very good side. We're ready for Wednesday."

The Frenchman is looking forward to managing in the Champions League for the first time.

"It brings back great memories for me. I've won it with this club as an assistant coach and as a player," he explained. "There's something special about it."
