Zidane: Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema will be 100%
Zinedine Zidane says Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema will be at 100 per cent when Real Madrid take on Manchester City on Tuesday night in the Champions League semi-final.
"I think they are going to be 100 per cent," Zidane said on Monday night.
"They are fine today. They’re players who look after themselves. My idea is that they are both going to be fit to play."
Zidane was also asked about City's star players too, including Kevin de Bruyne.
"A plan to stop De Bruyne? We’re going to try," explained the coach.
"We know he’s a good player in form. When he arrived here he showed what a quality player he was. He links very well with [Sergio] Aguero - let’s see what happens.
"City are a great side. If you leave them space they can hurt you. The players get between the lines and cause problems. We need to try and stop that happening."
