Why was Patrick Kluivert posing with a Real Madrid shirt?
Patrick Kluivert, former FC Barcelona player, and currently the sporting director of PSG, has been the protagonist in one of the images of the day.
Coinciding with the friendly between Real Madrid and PSG in Columbus, Ohio, the president of 'Los Blancos', Florentino Perez, and the ex-Dutch international have joined in an act of protocol.
The pair have exchanged gifts at the end of the game between their respective clubs.
Florentino gave a Real Madrid shirt, signed by all their first team players, and a silver badge with the game details inscribed.
For his part, PSG representative Kluivert provided a commemorative plaque of the match to the Spanish club's supremo.
Xen Riggs, in representation of the Ohio State Buckeyes, gave each club one of his team's American football jerseys.
The image of Kluivert with the Real Madrid shirt certainly raised a few eyebrows online, with many fans not believing their eyes at seeing the ex-Barça striker with the jersey of their biggest rivals.
