Valencia don't want record signing Alvaro Negredo

Alvaro Negredo, whom Valencia paid €30million to Man City for, to make him the most expensive signing in their history, is not wanted by coach Nuno Espirito Santo. He has told the club they need to sell the player as soon as possible.

Negredo arrived at the Mestella in September 2014, on loan, but Valencia were obliged to buy him this summer. When he was signed Nuno was excited, saying: "This signing is a bomb, he's a great striker and he'll bring us a lot". But since then things have changed.

He scored seven goals in 32 games last season and the coach prefered to use Rodrigo and Paco Alcacer. The arrival of Santi Mina from Celta Vigo makes things more complicated. He was a substitute against Bayern Munich, didn't play at all against PSV, and the club are searching for an exit for him.
