Real Madrid put Cristiano Ronaldo on sale for 60m euros

Real Madrid know now is the moment to put Cristiano Ronaldo on the transfer market. At 31 years old, and with his contract ending in 2018, they have two arguments to sell him for as much money as they can. Futhermore, the people around the player suggest he wants an exit in the summer to get one more big contract.

According to Sky Sports' Guillem Balague, both sides - the club and Ronaldo - are negotiating the best way for the forward to leave in the summer. Madrid have put a price on the striker's head and it's 60 million euros. Ronaldo, meanwhile, would be looking for a contract worth 20-25 million a season.

Manchester United and PSG have shown interest in the forward, although recent reports suggest the French side has switched attention to Neymar, who has more longevity.
