Real Madrid heavweights disagree with Benitez's methods

The water is not calm in the Real Madrid dressing room. The international break has not given Rafa Benitez any respite, with the fallout from the derby draw with Atletico Madrid still continuing.

Criticism continues to pour in for the Spanish coach after he sat back and allowed Atletico to grab a late equaliser on Sunday. Comments from Karim Benzema and Sergio Ramos have not served to help the situation, either.

According to several media outlets in Madrid, among those the newspaper 'Marca', some of the players in the dressing room who carry the most weight do not agree with Benitez's methods and some of his plans for the team and the way they play.

The comments exhanged with Ramos, who he accused of making a key error in giving away a penalty, which was missed, at the Vicente Calderon, has been the mose recent example of the problems he is having with some of his players.

Benzema's complaints at being taken off should also be remembered, while the lack of love shown to Cristiano Ronaldo early on also brought headlines. There have also been problems with the injured James Rodriguez.

It's more than one case and it has provoked a fire in the Los Blancos dressing room, one which does not seem to be dying down during the international break.
