Real Madrid close to signing Martin Odegaard and Marco Asensio

Marco Asensio and Martin Odegaard, two of the young talents generating much excitement across Europe, are close to signing agreements with Real Madrid. 

Asensio, the player from the Balearic Islands, at Mallorca, was close to joining Barcelona in the summer but even after he and the club had agreed a sale, Mallorca pushed the price up and Barcelona had no time to react on mthe last day of the transfer market.

Now Marca claim that Real Madrid have reached an agreement in principle for Asensio for around €3.5m and that he would stay on loan until the end of the season at Mallorca. 

And regarding the Norwegian starlet Odegaard, the signing may take place after the player turns 16 on December 17.

Marca are sure that signing the youngster is likely but he has spoken before about his love of Liverpool, in England.
