Rafa Benitez: Nobody doubts Cristiano Ronaldo's ability
Rafa Benitez says that nobody doubts Cristiano Ronaldo's quality, despite him not finding the net against Sporting Gijon or Real Betis.
The Portuguese star was left frustrated in both matches, the first a 0-0 draw away, and the second a 5-0 win at home.
Gareth Bale and James Rodriguez scored twice each, while Karim Benzema got one, but Ronaldo didn't strike on Saturday night.
Benitez said, of the team's star man: "He’s the one who had the most shots on goal, just like in Gijon and that is positive. Nobody doubts his quality. He’s going to score a lot of goals as long as the team creates chances."
