Preparing to leave? Ronaldo puts houses on the market

The possible departure of Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid has gone from being a rumour to being something which has to be taken seriously. The Portuguese forward has put his luxury house - and his mother's - up for sale in what could be the first sign that he intends to leave in the summer.

Ronaldo, accoring to OK Diario, has put the sale of his luxury home in the exclusive area of La Finca in the Spanish capital in the hands of one of the most prestigious estate agents. The pad is valued at around five million euros, while his mother's home is said to be worth half that amount.

This decision could be the first definitive sign that Ronaldo will leave Madrid at the end of the season, despite the fact he has a contract until June 2018. His relationship with the club's fans has broken down slightly this season - he's been jeered at times - and Florentino Perez has long thought it could be the right time to sell him.

There is interest from Paris Saint-Germain. However, Ronaldo's desire is reportedly to return to the Premier League, where he has previously suggested he would like to play again.
