Pepe tells Atletico president Cerezo to "go and clean Neptuno"

Real Madrid centre-back Pepe took advantage of his team's Champions League win to send a hard message to Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo. 

Pepe, who played a big role in the final for various reasons, including giving away a penalty and grotesque play-acting, spoke about the Atletico chief in the mixed zone. 

He hit back at Cerezo for a joke he made ahead of the final, in which he said Atletico fans could go to their traditional Neptuno statue celebration point at 11pm. 

"The Atletico president talks too much. If at 11 they can go to Neptuno... he will have to go, but only to clean it because there's nobody there. Everyone will be at Cibeles. Here's to all our fans going there and enjoying themselves," said Pepe, in not too polite a tone. 

"Real Madrid fought together and when we didn't have the ball we did everything for the badge to be champions," he added.
