Moyes: I have a contract with Real Sociedad until June...

Real Sociedad boss David Moyes has once again insisted his immediate future remains in San Sebastian.

The former Everton and Manchester United manager is reportedly under pressure following a disappointing start to the season, with Aston Villa one of the clubs linked with him.

However, following a resounding and impressive 4-0 win at Levante on Sunday, the Scot was again re-iterated his desire to remain in Spain.

“I feel the commitment of the club and the players in me, and we’re trying to get good results,” Moyes said.

“I speak every day [with President Jokin Aperribay]. I have a contract until June 30 and no decisions will be taken until then.”

La Real are currently 14th in the table after nine games with nine points, although a win for either Sporting Gijon or Athletic Club on Monday night will see them leapfrog Moyes’s side.
