Mega: Ronaldo AND Ramos ask Perez to let them leave Real Madrid

Spanish television show ‘El Chiringuito’ on Mega has claimed Sergio Ramos and Cristiano Ronaldo have both asked to leave Real Madrid.

The two pillars of Zinedine Zidane’s first team reportedly spoke to president Florentino Perez after the defeat to Atletico Madrid to request that he lets them leave the club at the end of the season.

According to ‘El Chiringuito’, Ronaldo contacted Perez on the Sunday - one day after the Madrid derby - to say he needs his help in order to be transferred.

The president tried to calm Ronaldo down and asked him him to focus on finishing the season in the best form possible. Meanwhile, the Portuguese had to give explanations to his team-mates about his mixed zone comments.

More serious is Ramos, the club captain and a symbol of Madridismo who recently signed a new deal, also speaking to the president in similar terms. He requested Perez listen to offers from other clubs.

While the rumours of a Ronaldo departure are constant, that a symbol like Ramos would as to leave in sign of how far things have fallen for Real Madrid recently.
