Martin Odegaard's sky-high salary causes jealousy in Real Madrid Castilla squad

Martin Odegaard's eye-watering salary has caused jealousy in the Real Madrid Casilla squad.

The Norwegian is set to pick up around €100,000 a week - if he completes all his bonuses - and the captain of the Los Blancos B side, Sergio Aguza, saw fit to comment.

He said: "It isn't that it bothers me, but I'd also like to be up there and earning what they say he's getting."

Odegaard chose Real Madrid after being carted round several European sides by his father, in an activity to raise his son's profile.

These matters aside, Odegaard is a phenomenal prospective talent and took the Norwegian league by storm at just 15 years old.
