Keylor Navas form pours ridicule on Florentino Perez

Keylor Navas has won the love of the Santiago Bernabeu and his team-mates. The image of Cristiano Ronaldo congratulating him after saving Gameiro's penalty against Sevilla shows the weight he is gaining in the dressing room. However, this is all despite Real Madrid trying desperately to sign David de Gea in the summer. 

Florentino Perez still wants David de Gea and the Manchester United goalkeeper is a target, although Jose Mourinho could block the departure if he takes over at Old Trafford. In any case, Navas' performances make it harder for Madrid to move for him.

The Costa Rican only cost 10 million euros, while De Gea would be 40m. His salary is quite low compared to others (2m per year) while De Gea would get triple that. 

However, Florentino has doubts about Navas still. His marketing power is not strong. Only time and results will affect Florentino's agenda, and it should not be forgotten Madrid are waiting to see if they are suspended from signing in the summer.
