Karim Benzema filmed in controversial rap music video

The word scandal is part of Karim Benzema's daily life. For years the French striker has been surrounded by controversy, for various reasons, and in many cases he could have avoided it. 

Benzema's done it again, though. The forward has appeared in a controversial video clip with his friend, the rapper Booba. 

The video features guns, drug use, wads of money of questionable origin... and Karim Benzema.

It's true that the shot he appears in doesn't see him surrounded by these obejcts, but his mere participation in the video for the song Walabok certainly is ill-advised, particularly in a moment where all his movements are being analysed.

PSG player Kurzawa also appears in the video, another friend of the rapper.
