FIFA continue to investigate Real Madrid for the signing of minors

Until now it was just rumours. Simple speculation to serve as an alarm for Europe's biggest clubs after FIFA branded Barcelona with a transfer ban and a fine for the way they signed minors.

Real Madrid, among others, were said to be in the spotlight of world football's governing body, but "much ado about nothing" was the word on FIFA's investigation.

But now Los Blancos are in the firing line from Joseph Blatter and his men.

The FIFA president has contacted around 20 clubs in the Madrid community, all of whom have a collaboration agreement with Madrid, to demand information about the signings of underage players they have made

FIFA's moves have quickly forced a reaction from Madrid, who have already seen Barcelona end up with a transfer ban for the whole of 2015.

Florentino Perez, the club's president, has been quick to contact the clubs and players involved to make sure they do not make any information official until they have had a conversation with Madrid.

Los Blancos want to keep the situation that has already cost Barcelona under control. FIFA are following their footsteps.
