Cristiano is back! Ronaldo trains ahead of Man City clash

Cristiano Ronaldo reappeared in training on Sunday. The Real Madrid star missed the last two games with his hamstring injury, but took part in the session ahead of Wednesday's game against Manchester City at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Ronaldo worked with the group in the first part of the session and then by himself in the second half, but out on the grass rather than in the gym. The Portuguese forward showed he doesn't want to miss the semi-final. Karim Benzema, meanwhile, continues his own recovery from injury.

Zidane used Borja Mayoral during the session, while Casemiro and James Rodriguez trained inside.

"Every Champions League match feels like the first," Ronaldo said. "And Real Madrid's priority is to win.

"We know it will be a tough challenge, but everything is possible.

"Manchester City are in the semi-finals because they are an excellent team.

"Eliminating Paris St Germain is not easy, but they managed it. They're a team who have very few flaws."
