Alen Halilovic not thinking about Barcelona return
Sporting Gijon loanee Alen Halilovic said, after training on Thursday, that he was not thinking "about Barcelona, only on working, improving and helping the team".
He said that "The month of October has been lovely" for him - he scored his first goal at El Molinon.
The footballer, loaned from Barcelona, received the player of the month award at Sporting in october, for the second month in a row, and he thanked his team-mates because "without them it would have been impossible".
The young Croatian reiterated that his obectives were to keep improving and learning, acknowledging that at 19 he was very young and still has a lot to learn.
"The coach has helped me a lot, he speaks a lot to me," added Halilovic, about Abelardo Fernandez.
He added that he would like to "debut with the Croatia first team" a lot, "but for now I'm concentrating" on the U21s.
He siad that other young players had told him "Sporting is a great club to improve, it's a great place to play".
