Vitolo heads to Atletico Madrid and Sevilla are furious
The Sevilla player took a private jet to the capital and the soap opera took a dark turn
Jose Castro threatens legal actions if he doesn't sign his contract renewal
Sevilla are threatening Vitolo with legal action after finding out the player is heading to Madrid without signing the contract renewal he agreed with the Andalusians on Monday. The offer from Atletico Madrid has turned his head.
The club's president Jose Castro has threatened to take him to court if he doesn't sign his deal. It seems he has headed to the Spanish capital to sign for Diego Simeone's Atletico. Sevilla's point of view is that Vitolo should have renewed his deal and if Atletico want him he will cost the 50 million euros in his new contract rather than the 36m that his release fee was previously.
