Manchester United pushing hard to sign Madrid star Gareth Bale
Manchester United want Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale, who is currently renegotiating the deal he was with Los Blancos.
Real Madrid have not wavered from the 10 million euros they are offering the Welshman. Bale wants 17m a season, with Manchester United willing to give him up to 20m.
The number that United are offering is attractive but Bale's agent Jonathan Bartnett want Madrid to be more generous with his offer. Madrid and United don't have a great relationship after the De Gea farce last summer.
Man United have seen two of their players - David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo - go to the Santiago Bernabeu in the past and now are intent on 'giving back' the money to boost Jose Mourinho's squad.
