New Deportivo Alavés coach Gianni De Biasi, said today that his new club has a "winning mentality" as they showed by reaching the Copa del Rey final last season.
The 61-year-old Italian comes after six years as Albania manager, and said he "feels at home" because he's found "humble people working with their hearts".
"Football can go well for you sometimes and other times badly," he said, after promising he would try and "invert the dynamic of the team".
"I think we can save the team and we will work to do so," he added, saying he likes the league because "it's important and hard".
