"It's been three months since Cristiano Ronaldo got away from an opponent"

Arrigo Sacchi, who was Real Madrid's sporting director for a year from December 2004, said that Cristiano Ronaldo is off-form and doesn't beat opponents anymore.

The former Milan coach said, while commentating on the 3-2 aggregate victory for Juventus over Real Madrid: "It's been three months since Cristiano Ronaldo got away from an opponent.

"He scores, because he's a fighter, but he's not in form."

Many believe that Ronaldo has adapted his game and is now more of a poacher than a dribbler.

Luis Suarez said earlier in the week that he thinks Ronaldo is not as good as he used to be.

"Ronaldo has progressed and worked a lot to perform how he does," said the Uruguayan striker. "He's not at the same level he was when he started. I think Leo is the best."
