Ramos appeared to direct comments at Pique when he was sent off

The Barça defender feels his side were worthy winners at the Bernabeu

One of the images from the Clasico at the Bernabeu was of Sergio Ramos directing words towards Gerard Pique after he had been sent off, making reference to the fact the Barcelona defender always speaks out, as well as applauding someone -- although it's not clear who.

Ramos was sent off with the score at 2-1 for a two-footed challenge on Lionel Messi. He did not go quietly, though, and his complaints continued as he left the field.

On the attitude of the Madrid man, Pique was clear: "When he gets home he will regret it because it's a clear read card, he went with both feet off the ground. What it is is that here they are used to very permissive referees and today that's not been the case."

Analysing the game and the title race, Pique added: "it''s a really fair result. It's difficult to win at a ground like the Bernabeu, but in general we were superior. We will fight until the end to win La Liga.

"We came into the game in a difficult situation, but we knew that doing things well we could win and we've shown that. I have really good memories of this ground..."

And on match winner Messi, who made it 3-2 in the 92nd minute, he said: "It couldn't be any other way. He's such a special player that I hope it's many more years until he retires."
