Sergio Ramos votes for more Barcelona players than Real Madrid

Cristiano Roanldo was the winner with 34.54 per cent of the votes, ahead of Messi on 26.42 per cent and Antoine Griezmann with 7.53 per cent

Sergio Ramos, as captain of Real Madrid, was one of those who got to vote in the 2016 FIFA The Best awards. Ramos chose Cristiano Ronaldo in first place to be player of the year, before following up that with Lionel Messi in second place and Andres Iniesta in third. 

Cristiano Roanldo was the winner with 34.54 per cent of the votes, ahead of Messi on 26.42 per cent and Antoine Griezmann with 7.53 per cent. Those who were allowed to vote are captains, national team coaches, FIFA web users and journalists. The votes of these four elements count for 25 per cent each, to choose the winner. 

Another vote that caused controversy was Julen Lopetegui's, who voted for Leo Messi in first place, then Cristiano Ronaldo second, and in third place was Sergio Ramos. All the votes are available if you CLICK HERE
