Barcelona vs Real Madrid deemed a "high risk" game

The clash on December 3 will see a high security presence after the decision by the anti-violence commission

Spain’s commission against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport has declared the clash between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid high risk. The game is on Saturday December 3, 4.15pm. It’s normal that Clasicos are qualified as such, given it is the pairing of the league’s biggest rivals.

This means there will be a lot of security measures around the game, including both local police and Mosses de Esquadra police.

The rivalry between the sides and their fans obliges the commission to act to avoid bad incidents occurring. It is the only match classified as high-risk in week 14 of the season.
