Reports in Italy suggest 'Pogba has chosen Barcelona'

"[Paul] Pogba is only interested in Barcelona. Barça want Pogba in the summer and the offer could be around 100 million euros. He's not interested in Real Madrid or Manchester City. He has made his choice and his choice will take him to Catalonia."

This is the information of Paolo Bargiggia, an Italian journalist at Sport Mediaset, regarding the Juventus star's future. Paul Pogba has been followed by the Blaugrana for over a year, when they began looking for a midfielder. Barça even handed a role to Ariedo Braida, who has an excellent relationship with the Italian club, to help bring the Frenchman to the city.

The Champions League final between Juventus and Barcelona, the Serie A side's elevated pretentiousness and the strange movements of the player's agent, Mino Raiola, put the breaks on any move last summer.

Since then, the contact between the clubs has not cooled and Pogba has given reasons to believe the deal will be complete. At the Ballon d'Or ceremony he signed Barça shirts, while he also uploaded photos with Lionel Messi and Neymar to his social media accounts. At 22, the player is not ready to take a definitive step forward in his career.
