Patrice Evra moves to bury the hatchet with Luis Suarez

Patrice Evra has made a move to bury the hatchet with Luis Suarez.

The Juventus defender fell out with the Barcelona striker when they were at Manchester United and Liverpool respectively, after the Uruguayan racially abused the Frenchman - and was subsequently banned for eight games.

But now Evra has posted a picture of Suarez with the European Golden Shoe, which he picked up on Thursday, and wrote: "On my Instagram there's only love and never hate. Luis, you are a greeat player and the best No 9. Congratulations Luis. I love this game! Hahahaah."

Suarez won the boot for the second time after notching 40 goals for Barcelona last term.
