Juve coach Allegri thinks Dani Alves "plays with fire" on the pitch

Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri, has not taken long in sending his first message to Dani Alves, since the Brazilian left Barcelona to move to the 'Old Lady'.

On Saturday, on the first matchday of the new Serie A season, the Italian coach analysed his team's 2-1 victory over Fiorentina.

Allegri asserted that Alves had "a good game" in his official debut as a Juve player, but thinks that he "needs to improve".

He said that the Brazil international took too many risks in the first half, and "needs to understand that in Italy, this is punished."

The coach also admitted that Gonzalo Higuain, despite scoring the winning goal, is not in his best physical shape:

"He is not yet in the same shape as his teammates."
