Carlo Ancelotti is 50% likely to take over AC Milan, claims Adriano Galliani

Sacked Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti is 50 per cent likely to take over at AC Milan, according to club CEO Adriano Galliani.

"Carlo will give us a definite answer next Wednesday," he told Italian TV station Sport Mediaset. "According to Carlo, there's a 50 per cent chance he will accept.

"But it will be 50 per cent until Wednesday and then it will be either 100 per cent or nothing.

"Berlusconi (Milan president) is aware of everything, I came to Madrid with his consent.

"Why Ancelotti? Nobody has a CV like his. He has coached Juventus, Milan, Chelsea, Paris St Germain and Real Madrid.

"Not even Mourinho has a similar CV, nor does Guardiola."
