Thomas Tuchel was curiously unsure about Madrid star Casemiro's injury

There was a curious incident during Borussia Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel’s press conference when he didn’t seem sure about Real Madrid midfielder Casemiro’s injury.

The Madrid star is out for two months with a calf injury and Tuchel was asked how Casemiro’s absence would affect the game and his team’s tactics. 

“I’m not sure if Casemiro will miss it, but he’s very important for them in a 4-3-3, a player that runs a lot, performs well, adds to their balance and he would be a big loss for them. But we will have to see if he’s out,” said Tuchel.

“He is injured,” replied a journalist.

“We know this,” said Tuchel, uncertainly. “But sometimes there are miracle cures…”
