Man City boss Pep Guardiola responds to Frank Ribery's criticism

French Bayern Munich star Franck Ribery criticised Pep Guardiola quite harshly, but the coach responded with class by saying he loves the winger. 

"About Ribery I must say, I love him very much. It's good that Ribery says that I'm young. I'm here to learn," said Guardiola while laughing.

The 45-year-old Man City coach was told about Ribery's comments after beating Borussia Dortmund on penalties in a friendly.

"Guardiola is a young coach with a lack of experience," Ribery had stated, hitting out at his former coach. "Sometimes he talked too much. Football is very simple."
