Cesc Fabregas: Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola are similar people

Cesc Fabregas says that Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho are much more alike than most people believe. 

His former Barcelona coach and his current Chelsea manager are considered rivals, from when the latter was in charge of Real Madrid. 

Guardiola took a year break to recover from the battle with Mourinho and the Barcelona board, before taking over at Bayern Munich.

Fabregas told El Pais: "For me they have one thing in common that's important - they are winners. They both hate to lose, that's the main thing. They are more similar than most people think."

Fabregas also hailed Eden Hazard, when asked who Chelsea's Lionel Messi is. 

He replied: "Hazard. Amazing. Physically they are similar, with a very strong lower body. He is honest, not going down, always wanting to play. 

"He has the quality to go very far, but should be more ambitious in front of goal. "
