Bayern Munich players don't understand Pep Guardiola

Pep Guardiola, who lost the German Super Cup for the third consecutive season, has communication problems at Bayern Munich. This is the conclusion of the German newspaper Bild. They ran a headline reading "Pep, this sounds like Spanish", a German phrase with the same meaning as "this sounds like Chinese" in Spanish.

They say Pep's German skills are lacking and he expresses himself in English or Spansh in training sessions sometimes. "Do Bayern players understand their coach?" they asked.

The same thing happens in games, with the match against Wolfsburg on Saturday seeing the Germans Thomas Muller and Phillip Lahm approaching the bench several times to get instructions. "We ate at the start of the season, be need more time, but we're doing okay," said the players of their coach.

They also criticised his changes in the Super Cup. "In the 72nd minute Guardiola changed Lewandowski for Rafinha and put Muller as a forward. He lost one of his best penalty takers," they wrote. They also didn't understand while he took off Muller later on.
