Bayern Munich beat Hertha Berlin to move within one point of the Bundesliga title

Barcelona's Champions League semi-final opponents, Bayern Munich, are one point away from winning the Bundesliga title.

And they may not even need that point if Wolfsburg drop points against Borussia Moenchengladbach on Sunday.

Bastian Schweinsteiger's 80th minute goal helped Pep Guardiola's side to a 1-0 win against Hertha Berlin on Saturday, moving them 15 points clear at the top of the table.

However, with four games to play, Wolfsburg, who have a game in hand, can reduce that to 12 points later this weekend.

Still, even if they do, it would take a miracle for Bayern to lose the title from here.

They would have to lose all four games and Wolfsburg would have to win their remaining five fixtures just to move level on points with the Bavarians.

And even then, Bayern would likely edge it on goal difference.

Pep Guardiola is getting ready to celerbate his second successive title in Germany.
