Who is starlet Sergi Samper's role model at FC Barcelona?

Sergi Samper says his role model in Barcelona's squad is Andres Iniesta.

The defensive midfielder's best position is actually Sergio Busquets', but like all young players should, he also looks up to the man they call 'Don Andres'.

Samper told Yahoo Sport: "I’m a big fan of Iniesta. He’s like a reference point and a role model to me. I’ve learnt a lot from him in the last couple of years."

The 21-year-old pointed out that he has featured further up the pitch on occasion in the past. 

“I can play in any position across the midfield. Last season I also played a bit as an inside forward, which was a bit more attacking. I will play wherever I am put.”
