Which signing should be Barcelona's biggest priority this summer?

FC Barcelona have a budge of 75 million euros for this summer. On top of that you can add whatever the club bring in through selling players, with Arda Turan and Aleix Vidal available for the right price. Barça hope to bring in 60 million euros.
There are various targets being considered by the Catalan club, with a first choice right-back, a central defender with potential and a technical midfielder heading the list.
Sergi Busquets needs help and that could come in the form of Marco Verratti. In defence a right-back's needed to allow Sergi Roberto to return to midfield and Hector Bellerin is an option.
Further forward, players such as Riyad Mahrez, Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele are all being considered.
It will be sporting director Robert Fernandez who does the work between now and the new season, with the new manager getting the final say on each signing.
