The Barca forward spoke to Marca about his French team-mate
In an interview with Marca, Barca star Lionel Messi spoke about his French team-mate Ousmane Dembele, who has emerged from a troubled start to life at the club to impress in recent weeks.
The Argentine was clear about Dembele's talent. "On the pitch he's a phenomenon. It's up to him where he ends up, he could be one of the best," said Messi. "He's young and he is adapting."
In terms of his off the pitch life, Messi said: "The less that's said about it the better. Now he's aware of his errors. He's a very good boy, he's made up for it and we will all help him."
Messi also spoke about Andres Iniesta's departure last summer. "Obviously we miss Iniesta on and off the pitch. We shared a lot with Andres over many years. He's missed."
