A fan of poker, he has spent the last six days with friends in Vegas
Neymar Junior is enjoying his time off in the United States. He began in Los Angeles, where he spent time with F1 driver Lewis Hamilton, and then spent some time with his partner Bruna Maquenize at Six Flag Magic Mountain. Afterwards he packed his bags and headed to Las Vegas, where he’s spent six days in the Nevada city.
It’s not the first time Neymar’s visited Las Vegas, an authentic paradise for fans of poker. In fact, Neymar is staying at the Aria Resors&Casino, where he has become a semi-professional with his involvement in a number of competitions. His passion for the game began on line, but he soon began playing in casinos.
The Barcelona star has coincided with teammate Gerard Pique in some tournaments in Barcelona and is a fan of the Texas Holdem version of the game — you have two cards and there’s a flop with five cards. He has played some high level competitions where the bets can reach 25,000 euros.
In the coming days he plans to head to Brazil, where he will spend the rest of his time off before heading to Argentina on June 30 for Lionel Messi’s wedding.
