Villarreal striker Luciano Vietto is on the agenda for Barcelona

Luciano Dario Vietto, a player currently in fashion in Spanish football, is being watched by the big European clubs. The Argentine forward has been one of the sensations of the seasons and his recent games against Barcelona and Real Madrid have put him on the map.

Vietto looks to have a huge future ahead of him, and the big clubs are interested in taking him from Villarreal. At just 21 years, he's already shown his high quality in his first season in Europe.

Barcelona, who suffered at the hands of Vietto already this season, and face him again on Wednesday night, have taken note and the new international technical director, Ariedo Braida, has him on the agenda. That's not strange to hear, as the journalist Hector Fernandez declared on Onda Cero that Barcelona and Vietto were negotiation over his future.

"The issue of Vietto and Barcelona is complex work," he told Onda Cero. Vietto, like any other potential signings, would arrive in the summer of 2016, but it doesn't seem that Villarreal will take kindly to any offers for him.
