The Italian club want him to replace Pirlo
Juventus are once again looking at Andrés Iniesta, the Barça captain, according to TuttoSport. The Spaniard has still not renewed his contract with Barça and Juventus want the player to replace Pirlo.
Juventus have achieved good results with free transfers in recent years and are therefore looking at Iniesta, whose contract runs out in 2018. The Italian club are monitoring all players who are out of contract this season closely but Iniesta is the stand out name.
Other players out of contract at the end of this season include Emre Can of Liverpool and Goretzka of Schalke 04.
Iniesta has said previously that he’s not worried about his contract with Barça and will discuss it in due course.
