Is this FC Barcelona's new home shirt for the 2017-18 season?
An image has been leaked which claims to be the Catalan side's new strip for next year
FC Barcelona and Nike have already began to work on the design for the Catalan club's shirt for the 2017-18 season.
For the moment there are thought to be many possibilities and designs being weighed up, but one designer, a specialtist in football kits, has released an image of what may become Barça's next home jersey.
Everything indicates that the shirt will recover a darker blue colour than this season's effort, while asymmetrical vertical stripes will disappear for stripes of different sizes. Agron Designs were commissioned to produce this potential design, with the central stripes being much wider than the other stripes.
If confirmed, the design may be a talking point in the same way the horizontal stripes were last season.
It seems that FC Barcelona, who will present their third kit for the 2016-17 season soon, already have an idea of what next season's home kit will look like.
Before being sent to the manufacturers, though, it has to be voted by the club's directive, who will have the last word on the design.
