The spectacular house Neymar has bought in Mangaratiba

The Barcelona star's new residence in Brazil is valued at around nine million dollars

Barcelona forward Neymar has bought a mansion for 28 million reales (nine million dollars) close to Rio de Janeiro, according to O Globo.

Neymar’s new house is situated on a plot of 10,000 square meters in the exclusive Portobello area, in the municipality of Mangaratiba.

It has six bedrooms, a helipad, a swimming pool, a tennis court and a gym.

The Barcelona player’s mansion is just a few meters away from Emerson’s, the Flamengo player who has played part of his career in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.

Another one of Neymar's new neighbours, assured the newspaper O Globo, works in cinema.

The south coast of Rio de Janeiro, which includes the municipalities of Mangaratiba and Angra dos Reis and Isla Grande, is a paradisiacal area where players, actors and celebrities all choose to live.

Neymar has used the house for the first time this Christmas, where he has spent time with friends.
