The games Andres Iniesta will miss through injury

The injury to FC Barcelona captain will likely rule him out of four games for his club and two for the Spanish national side. 

Iniesta abandoned the pitch after 58 minutes of Barcelona's game against Bayer Leverkusen, after suffering a hamstring injury to his right leg. 

In princple, the midfielder will miss the clashes against Sevilla (October 3), Rayo Vallecano (October 17) and Eibar (October 25) in La Liga, as well as the Champions League game against BATE Borisov (October 20). 

He would be looking to get back into action against Getafe (October 31) or the return against BATE (November 4). 

Iniesta will miss Spain's matches against Luxemburg (October 9) and Ukraine (October 12).

He tweeted after the 2-1 win over Bayer Leverkusen in which he was injured: "An important victory. Proud of the team! Although sometimes you don't understand things... you stop to come back better! One day less. Forca Barca!"
