Ter Stegen's request before he signed his Barcelona deal
The goalkeeper is very happy at the club but he wanted something before signing on

Marc-Andre ter Stegen, FC Barcelona’s German goalkeeper, will sign his contract renewal on Thursday. Ter Stegen, however, before reaching a deal with the board, made a request to the club.
Ter Stegen likes Barcelona. The city and the club. He has a good relationship with goalkeeper coach Jose Ramon de la Fuente. De la Fuente arrived in 2012 to work with Tito Vilanova and has ben an important figure since.
Ter Stegen is very happy with how things are going and for that, as revealed by Catalunya Radio, he asked for De la Fuente to stay. A request that it seems the board have acknowledged.
Ernesto Valverde arrives with two assistants at Barcelona but no goalkeeping coach. De la Fuente continues at Barcelona and is not one of the staff that has left the club with Luis Enrique.
