Barça extend their unbeaten run to 17 games in all competitions at Leganes

Barcelona continued their unbeaten streak in La Liga with a 3-0 win against Leganes but were once again grateful for Marc-Andre ter Stegen. The German goalkeeper is in good form.

He made a number of saves to keep Leganes out and pick up another clean sheet, helping Barça extend their unbeaten run to 17 games in all competitions.

"We go home happy and satisfied with the result we've picked up this afternoon," he said after the game. "[Leganes] pressed a lot, but we were always in the game and we knew what to do."

Ter Stegen also praised teammate Luis Suarez, who scored twice having gone over 470 minutes without a goal, his longest dry spell since he moved to Camp Nou.

"I am delighted for Suarez and hope he keeps in this form for a long time," the stopper added. "He put in a huge physical effort today, he's a hard worker and in front of goal he's a beast."
