Barcelona's German goalkeeper Marc André Ter Stegen has made a good start to the season. Ter Stegen has now gone four games in a row without conceding a goal: three in La Liga and one in the Champions League.
Ter Stegen's performance in the 3-0 win against Juventus on Tuesday was not just noteworthy, but decisive. In the first half, he made a number of saves, some routine, but one from De Sciglio was superb.
Those saves kept Barça in the game and, thanks to Lionel Messi, they were able to get in front and go on to win comfortably. Even when they were ahead, though, Ter Stegen still had more work to do, denying Dybala to ensure his clean sheet.
Ter Stegen will not have his eye on beating Claudio Bravo's record, although there's a long way to go yet...
