Suarez: I don't compete against Neymar...and Messi's the best
Luis Suarez says he and Neymar do not compete with each other over who is better, hailing Lionel Messi as the best of Barcelona's attacking trident.
“Only time will tell if we are one of the best strike forces of all time but we get on really well and I’m delighted if Neymar scores a hat-trick,” Suarez said.
“However, without the support of the midfield and the rest of the team we wouldn’t be able to achieve what we have achieved.
"Messi is on top of everyone, for what he's done and what he's doing. And Neymar at the moment is just behind Leo, and I'm enjoying playing by his side. He could be the second best player in the world right now."
Suarez says he does not know if Messi will start the game against Real Madrid on Saturday.
“We don’t know whether Leo will start the game or be on the bench, but he's a player who makes the difference. He proved that against Atletico Madrid, when he came on for the final 30 minutes and won us the game."
