Statement from LMM threatens legal action against Coach Magazine
Messi's management company have sent out a warning to publications who create fake news
Leo Messi Management (LMM), the company in charge of the interests of Barcelona star Lionel Messi, released a statement on Wednesday denying that an interview with 'Coach Magazine' had taken place.
They said: "After a supposed interview appeared in Coach Magazine with Leo Messi, LMM (Leo Messi Management) want to confirm and clarify that the player never gave an interview to the cited media and that the content is totally false.
"LMM reserves the right to take legal action against this and other media outlets that produce false or invented information about Leo Messi."
The English language publication claimed Messi spoke to them on various topics like his Barcelona contract and the Premier League.
